- Owned group budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, tax compliance, and IFRS-aligned internal controls.
- Ran the full accounting function — AR, AP, Treasury, GL — across three real estate projects, including revenue recognition and installment collections.
- Managed AR, AP, banking, and customs clearance for government and defense-sector contracts, including letters of guarantee and credit facilities.
- Built the fundamentals — customer and vendor accounts, warehouse and inventory accounting, aging and reconciliations.
